We currently deliver vehicles within Malaysia Only. Please contact us if you are outside our standard delivery area to discuss potential delivery options and charges.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the distance and location. The following are general guidelines:

  • Local Delivery (Sandakan Area): Free
  • Within Sabah: Rm800.00 - Rm1,600.00
  • West Malaysia & Other Countries: Calculated based on distance and logistics requirements

All shipping costs will be clearly communicated and agreed upon at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by location:

  • Local Deliveries: Typically within 1-2 business days
  • Regional Deliveries: Usually within 3-14 business days
  • National Deliveries: Typically within 7-30 business days

We strive to meet these delivery times but occasionally, due to factors beyond our control, delays may occur. We will keep you informed throughout the shipping process.

4. Vehicle Inspection and Acceptance

Upon delivery, you are encouraged to inspect the vehicle thoroughly. Any concerns regarding the condition of the vehicle should be reported to the delivery personnel immediately. Acceptance of the vehicle confirms that it has been delivered in satisfactory condition, barring any concerns noted at the time of delivery.

5. Insurance and Liability

All vehicles are insured during transit until the point of delivery. Once the vehicle has been delivered and accepted, responsibility for the vehicle transfers to the buyer. Details of the insurance coverage during transit will be provided upon request.

6. Cancellations and Changes

You may cancel or reschedule your delivery up to [number of days, e.g., 3] days before the scheduled delivery date without penalty. Cancellations or changes made after this point may incur charges that will be detailed at the time of change or cancellation.
